We are the first pharmaceutical company in Kosovo who has received the International Certification by Bureau Veritas for the Quality Management System through ISO 9001:2008 standards.
Amongst the many benefits, ISO 9001:2008 certification is helping us to improve customer satisfaction levels, internal efficiency and employee involvement. Our Management System has been designed to ensure that all our processes and operating procedures conform fully to the requirements of E.U. directives regarding Good Distribution Practice.
In 2017 we were certified with ISO 9001: 2015 and passed all audit stages by PECB company.
